Our gorgeous crossbody leather bags are versatile and beautifully stylish. Each bag comes with an adjustable leather strap in the matching leather. The bags are made in Italy using the finest cows leather and finish detailing.

Personalisation

Personalising and Adding your Initials

We are really excited to be able to offer you the option to personalise a range of our products. Adding that personal touch is what makes them feel so special – and we offer this service completely FREE of charge! 

  • In order to personalise your item, simply choose your character length (letter and numbers only), and we will emboss your item(s) for you. All characters are in capitals. 
  • You can add up to 4 characters free of charge and then for 5 -8 we charge a small fee of £5. 
  • We offer either gold or silver foil print or plain which is simply the characters embossed into the leather with no colour. If you don’t select an option, we will select the colour based on what goes best with product hardware or the colour stated on the product pages.
  • The position of the embossing will be visible at the product page preview image, or stated on the product page. 
  • 4-8 characters are only available on certain items due to the product size, we will be in touch if there are any issues.
  • Please note that over time the personalisation may fade or rub off during time. If cleaning your item please don’t scrub or rub. We advise you gently dab the area. We cannot be held responsible for personalisation wearing off. 
  • Due to the nature of some leathers, the personalisation may look different across products, however we believe this adds character to your product.
  • All personalisation is done by hand and therefore variations may occur. 
  • Please review your personalised request very carefully before placing your order as unfortunately we can only offer exchanges or refunds on personalised items which are faulty. 

At this stage, we are only offering personalisation on some of our products and if you would rather not personalise your item, that’s not a problem - simply leave this section blank.

    Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours however occasionally there may be a delay if we need to review your order or during busy periods. Please note personalised orders may take longer.

    UK orders are sent via Royal Mail

    DHL Express Delivery: £9.95 (Next working day) *order before 12pm Mon-Thurs

    Orders to the EU, USA and rest of the world are sent via DHL Express

    EU Delivery: £30 (2-3 working days)

    USA Delivery: £35 (2-4 working days)

    Rest of the World Delivery: £55 (up to 8 working days)

    *Please note for deliveries outside the UK there might be custom charges which are the responsibility of the customer.

    All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, DPD and DHL using registered post or courier and therefore must be signed for.

    Returns

    Returning an Online Order

    We will exchange or refund any products with all labels intact and not removed, within 14 days of delivery. Please note this excludes earrings and any personalised or monogrammed products. 

    UK & International Returns

    When returning an item back to us we suggest you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail or DHL -  sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.

    To ensure return or exchange accuracy, remember to enclose a copy of your invoice and instruction as to whether you require a refund or exchange. Please also include your email address or daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.

    Damage & Faults

    Please note that we will offer an exchange or replacement for faulty goods - Full priced products will be considered for a maximum of 12 months. Any sale products will be considered for 6 months. Please note we accept no liability for wear and tear of products.
