Yes, the majority of our crossbody bags have interchangeable straps. You can browse our selection of straps here.

We offer personalisation on a range of our products free of charge. We charge for 4-8 characters a small charge of £5.

If a product is available to personalise you will see the option to add this on the product page, if you'd rather not personalise the product you can just leave this blank. If you can't see this option, unfortunately that particular product cannot be personalised.

We aim to keep our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to sign up on the product page to be notified once the item is back in stock. You will receive an email as soon as this item is back in our warehouse.

All of our orders are sent out using a tracked shipping service. Please use the link in your shipping confirmation email or the 'Track an Order' option on our live chat to track your order's progress.

Please refer to our Delivery Terms & Conditions regarding lost parcels. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items that customers have instructed to be left in a ‘safe place.’ If you experience an issue, please contact our team for assistance.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

There is also a track my order option within our FAQs which allows you to enter your order number.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! You can always email info@betsyandfloss.com if you have any other questions.

Your confirmation email will contain details of the item and shipping prices but our orders are only sent with return and despatch paperwork so the recipient won't see a price.

You can enter their address as the shipping address at the checkout to have it sent directly to them and use the options on the product page to add gift wrapping or a free gift message if you wish.
