Love the quality, love the straps, love that there is 2 large pockets so I can seperate my belongings and have everything organised. Plus a zip pocket inside and a pocket at the front on the outside. The colour is perfect. Every pink bag I see is either very light pink or crazy hot pink, this pink is perfect and exactly what I was looking for 🩷

I’ve tried to get in touch as I wore this bag once and it marked immediately I was very careful. For £75 I wouldn’t expect this to happen to real leather and now want a refund on the product. I have emailed your customer services team and waiting for next steps. This was my first experience shopping with Betsey and floss so I’m really disappointed at the quality and don’t want to have to share my review with other companies.
Bag seemed ok, expensive but ok, but the zip was tatty and not fixed in place so felt that it would just keep popping out every time I used it and annoy me. I asked about it on the online form and received no reply. I then had to email and to be fair, they did send a pre paid return although they said "as you're not happy with the zip" ?!?!. I then had to chase my refund, they said they'd expedite it even though I tracked it and time stated had passed. Do not recommend the product or the company unfortunately.

I was looking for a convertible 2-in-1 bag/backpack for a while and I'm super happy to have found this one! It's perfect because it fits my laptop, a couple of thick A4 handbooks (I'm at uni), my pencil case, water bottle, notepad, and pouch with makeup in the main compartment. Plus my charger in an open inside pocket, and my bulky earphone case in an inside zipped pocket. It has a zipped hidden back pocket for keys and money, and a very cute front pocket that fits my (many) snacks, gums, tissues, and a few other bits! But it doesn't look big or bulky, especially when you carry it like a tote. I like that you don't really have to change the straps to convert it so it's quick to switch - in my case it's between backpack when I cycle, then tote bag when I'm moving around between classes or going out and don't want to look too much like a student :p It's a 10/10 for me.
Love the colour and quality of the wallet but don’t recommend the plain embossing. Seller has kindly replaced the first item for this one but the initials MSP are still not that clear. I would recommend choosing the silver or gold embossing.
I originally ordered the Betsy & Floss Leather Card Holder in Grey but exchanged it for the Red - and I’m so glad I did! The color is beautiful, the leather feels like great quality, and it has plenty of room for all my cards. It’s stylish, practical, and looks like it will last a long time. Really happy with my purchase!

This bag is a really good size for everyday use. It's not too heavy and I like the colour a lot. A bit pricey maybe but I couldn't find anything similar anywhere else so, yes, I would recommend it for you too.
It’s a lovely bag. Great size, fab colour, and comfortable to wear. It easily fits in everything I need for work, which is the reason I bought it. The leather not improvement would be more internal pockets, but I bought a bag organising pouch to resolve that issue.
Bought this bag to travel with. Super useful through airport and on the plane. Very versatile, plenty of room. Easy to use on my back, over my shoulder or to carry using the handles. It looks really smart and I'm very pleased. Only comment would have liked a slightly larger internal compartment. The main zip would look better if a little less chunky. But very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.
