Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours however occasionally there may be a delay if we need to review your order or during busy periods. Please note personalised orders may take longer.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail
Standard Delivery: FREE WHEN YOU SPEND OVER £75 (4-7 working days)
Standard Delivery: £4.95 (4-7 working days)
First Class Delivery: £6.95 (2-3 working days)

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, DPD and DHL using registered post or courier and therefore must be signed for.
* Please note we are not shipping to Russia.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using trusted couriers. Once a parcel has been dispatched and a delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
We cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. This includes parcels left in a “safe place,” with a neighbour, or at another alternative delivery location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is accurate and secure.
If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking details. We will always do our best to assist where possible, but liability for lost or stolen parcels rests with the customer.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
Amendments may be possible if your order hasn't been processed, such as changes to personalisation, item colour, or switching an item if the order hasn't been processed. If we’re able to process this change then a £3.50 administrative fee will apply.
Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.
Returns
Returning an Online Order
We will exchange or refund any products with all labels intact and not removed, within 14 days of delivery. Please note this excludes earrings and any personalised or monogrammed products.
UK & International Returns
When returning an item back to us we suggest you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail or DHL - sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
To ensure return or exchange accuracy, remember to enclose a copy of your invoice and instruction as to whether you require a refund or exchange. Please also include your email address or daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.

Damage & Faults
Please note that we will offer an exchange or replacement for faulty goods - Full priced products will be considered for a maximum of 12 months. Any sale products will be considered for 6 months. Please note we accept no liability for wear and tear of products.
