How does personalisation work?

We offer personalisation on a range of our products free of charge.

If a product is available to personalise you will see the option to add this on the product page, if you'd rather not personalise the product you can just leave this blank. If you can't see this option, unfortunately that particular product cannot be personalised.

Please note, our usual returns policy doesn't apply to personalised products.

The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?

We aim to keep our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to sign up on the product page to be notified once the item is back in stock. You will receive an email as soon as this item is back in our warehouse.

Can you delay sending my order?

If you are not going to be at home and want to either delay your order being sent out, or have it sent to a different address, please get in touch with us by emailing info@betsyandfloss.com. Please include details of the new address (if applicable) and your contact details and we'll do our best to arrange this.

Please note, it will not be possible to delay and order or amend an address if the order has already been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours however occasionally there may be a delay if we need to review your order or during busy periods. Please note personalised orders may take longer.

All of our orders are sent out using a tracked shipping service. Please use the link in your shipping confirmation email or the 'Track an Order' option on our live chat to track your order's progress.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! You can always email info@betsyandfloss.com if you have any other questions.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

EU Delivery: £30 (2-3 working days)

USA Delivery: £35 (2-4 working days)

Can I exchange an item?

We hope you love your item but if it isn't as expected or you'd like a different colour or style, you will be able to exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please complete the returns form enclosed in your order with exact details of your exchange and we will contact you if we have any questions.

To be eligible, items must be unmarked, and in their original packaging.

* Please note that we do NOT accept returns of earrings and any personalised or monogrammed products.

What is your return policy?

We will exchange or refund any products with all labels intact and not removed, within 14 days of delivery. Please note this excludes earrings and any personalised or monogrammed products.

When returning an item back to us we suggest you use a tracked service. We cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.

To ensure return or exchange accuracy, remember to enclose a copy of your invoice and instruction as to whether you require a refund or exchange. Please also include your email address or daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.

Can I send an item as a gift without the recipient seeing the price?

Your confirmation email will contain details of the item and shipping prices but our orders are only sent with return paperwork so the recipient won't see a price.

You can enter their address as the shipping address at the checkout to have it sent directly to them and use the options on the product page to add gift wrapping or a gift message if you like.
