Description
Our stylish, large backpacks are versatile and beautifully stylish. They can be worn as a backpack or handheld and are perfect for trips into town or as hand luggage when travelling. The bags are made in Italy using the finest cows leather and finish detailing.

Personalising and Adding your Initials
We are really excited to be able to offer you the option to personalise a range of our products. Adding that personal touch is what makes them feel so special – and we offer this service completely FREE of charge!
- In order to personalise your item, simply choose your character length (letter and numbers only), and we will emboss your item(s) for you. All characters are in capitals.
- You can add up to 3 characters free of charge and then for 4 -8 we charge a small fee of £5.
- We offer either gold or silver foil print or plain which is simply the characters embossed into the leather with no colour. If you don’t select an option, we will select the colour based on what goes best with product hardware or the colour stated on the product pages.
- The position of the embossing will be visible at the product page preview image, or stated on the product page.
- 4-8 characters are only available on certain items due to the product size, we will be in touch if there are any issues.
- Please note that over time the personalisation may fade or rub off during time. If cleaning your item please don’t scrub or rub. We advise you gently dab the area. We cannot be held responsible for personalisation wearing off.
- Due to the nature of some leathers, the personalisation may look different across products, however we believe this adds character to your product.
- All personalisation is done by hand and therefore variations may occur.
- Please review your personalised request very carefully before placing your order as unfortunately we can only offer exchanges or refunds on personalised items which are faulty.
At this stage, we are only offering personalisation on some of our products and if you would rather not personalise your item, that’s not a problem - simply leave this section blank.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours however occasionally there may be a delay if we need to review your order or during busy periods. Please note personalised orders may take longer.

EU Delivery: £30 (2-3 working days)

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, DPD and DHL using registered post or courier and therefore must be signed for.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using trusted couriers. Once a parcel has been dispatched and a delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
We cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. This includes parcels left in a “safe place,” with a neighbour, or at another alternative delivery location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is accurate and secure.
If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking details. We will always do our best to assist where possible, but liability for lost or stolen parcels rests with the customer.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
Amendments may be possible if your order hasn't been processed, such as changes to personalisation, item colour, or switching an item if the order hasn't been processed. If we’re able to process this change then a £3.50 administrative fee will apply.
Please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.
Returns
Returning an Online Order
We will exchange or refund any products with all labels intact and not removed, within 14 days of delivery. Please note this excludes earrings and any personalised or monogrammed products.
UK & International Returns
When returning an item back to us we suggest you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail or DHL - sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
To ensure return or exchange accuracy, remember to enclose a copy of your invoice and instruction as to whether you require a refund or exchange. Please also include your email address or daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.

It’s a lovely bag. Great size, fab colour, and comfortable to wear. It easily fits in everything I need for work, which is the reason I bought it. The leather not improvement would be more internal pockets, but I bought a bag organising pouch to resolve that issue.
Bought this bag to travel with. Super useful through airport and on the plane. Very versatile, plenty of room. Easy to use on my back, over my shoulder or to carry using the handles. It looks really smart and I'm very pleased. Only comment would have liked a slightly larger internal compartment. The main zip would look better if a little less chunky. But very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.

I sprayed my bag with Colonil protection on the day it arrived. It’s a fantastic bag. The leather is soft and supple. I’ve already been caught in the rain and my bag still looks fabulous. So pleased with my purchase.

I love this bag! I saw someone carrying one in a shop and couldn’t stop myself from asking where she got it. This bag is the perfect city bag. Nicer than a tote and fits just as much. The variety of straps are meant for city living - running to the bus, subway, cafe, office, gym. I only need one bag now and it’s a good looking bag! It looks expensive, but is very affordable. And it’s well made! I’ve put it to the test with heavy items and it still looks new. Absolutely one of my best purchases of the year.
Fabulous bags! Bought both the Manarola Backpack and the Zadar Crossbody & waist bag in navy for a city break. Excellent! Wore both all day long. The backpack was super comfy(as well as stylish and practical) and the crossbody meant that I had easy access to both phone & cash, as well as keeping both secure when pick pocketers were around. Love this backpack. Smart, durable and comfortable.
Bag is lovely however unfortunately when packaged it’s folded in half so the leather is creased across the middle which is disappointing.
Beautiful quality and quick delivery
Perfect for a short trip on a flight. Fits under seat in front. Wide straps make easy to carry and so much better looking than a sport rucksack. Would like an extra deep pocket inside. I used packing cubes
